In glorious winter sunshine 60 young people from across Basildon came together to compete in this year’s Inter-Estate Football Tournament organised by Swan in partnership with West Ham United FC.
The tournament was held at Markhams Chase field with both spectators and players thoroughly enjoying the event.
All participants received a medal and the winning teams received individual shields and a trophy.
Swan provides free football coaching sessions each week at the following locations:
- Northlands Park, Felmores, Basildon every Monday evening 5.30pm to 6.30 pm
- Markhams Chase field, Basildon every Saturday morning 10am to 11.30am
- Bow Cross, Bow, London every Saturday morning 10.30am to 12pm
- Exmouth Estate, Stepney, London every Saturday morning 10.30am to 12pm
