The RCC (Residents Consultative Committee) is another way for you to get involved in what we do and also get involved in your community too.
James and Carol became RCC Reps for the Noak Bridge and Steepleview estates in Basildon.
James said:
I was determined to get involved in the village and become part of the Community. Community is important.
I don’t think many residents know what we achieve for all residents in our area. Any policy that Swan produces about our homes or the service we receive has to be discussed by us first to make sure residents are getting the best possible service. I would like to encourage as many residents to join the RCC. Not only will you learn how Swan makes the decisions about our homes, you are able to influence those decisions and make sure they are in the best interest of us residents
Carol:
I’m a chatty person, I speak to everyone and believe in the community. I want to help people make a difference. Being on the RCC has given me a chance to get involved in the way Swan works.
